Resistance Training

All resistance training programs are 4-weeks in length and are personalized to promote individual success. All 4-week plans include cardio and flexibility days but vary in price when selecting the amount of resistance days per week. Home and Gym training programs are available. Every 4-week plan will be a different workout than the one before (i.e horizontal sets, super-sets, giant sets, circuit training, etc...) to avoid plateaus, avoid monotony and increase motivation. 

  • $30 for 4-weeks with 2 resistance days per week

  • $40 for 4-weeks with 3 resistance days per week

  • $50 for 4-weeks with 4 resistance days per week

  • $20 one time fee for a personalized meal plan!

A pesonalized meal plan includes a variety of balanced recipes tailored towards your nutrition needs. Each recipe comes with detailed instruction and accompanying cooking videos to guide you through the preparation process.

Athletic Training

Our Strength, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) programs are 12-weeks in length. All programs will work around sport training days and will include flexibility days upon request. Plans vary in price when determining how many days per week you plan to do the SAQ training.  

  • $60 for 12-weeks with 1 SAQ day per week

  • $90 for 12-weeks with 2 SAQ days per week

  • $120 for 12-weeks with 3 SAQ days per week

Upon completion of the 12-week program, it is encouraged to continue with a personalized 4-week SAQ programs. 

  • $20 for 4-weeks with 1 SAQ day per week

  • $30 for 4-weeks with 2 SAQ days per week

  • $40 for 4-weeks with 3 SAQ days per week
